Maintaining numerical data with <'s in pivot tables
I am converting lab data into a Pivot Table, and the data has a less than
sign(<) in front of the numerical data. Once the Pivot table is created the numerical data shows up as a 0. I have tried all of the options and still get 0. |

If the data have a < sign, it's probably being treated as text by the
Pivot table. In the source data, instead of typing the < signs, use a Custom Number format to add the signs. Then, it should summarize correctly in the pivot table.
