Hi -
I have a simple spreadseet with one formula, 30 rows of data. However each time that I change the cell and select a different cell, excels is delayed. It appears to be processing because the hour glass appears on the screen. It all takes approx 10 seconds everytime i hit enter after I select a celll. Why would this be happening? I signed up for an online help session which also pops up everytime I open excel. Could this be the problem? |

One cause could be extensive formatting to cells outside the area you are
working in. I've found this problem in my office where colleagues have taken the easy option to color fill cells or set borders to cells by selecting the whole columns and/or rows rather than the working area. Just a thought. -- Russell Dawson Excel Student "coco w." wrote: Hi - I have a simple spreadseet with one formula, 30 rows of data.
