From time to time I download excel files where the standard background
(pattern)colors have been modified (tools,options,color,modify,custom). In
some cases after saving the files in new locations or on other computers the
modified color stays as is however in some cases the colors go back to the
excel default colors. Is there a reason why the colors go back to the default
in some cases and not others? Is there a technique to ensure that the custom
color stays in all workbooks if saved to other computers or laptops? Thanks.
