How does one go about creating a spreadsheet that tracks a lead or contact
and follows it through the sales cycle until it converts to a client or sale? It shows each of the different phases of the sales cycle and a percentage of that lead or contact is followed through each step and it all adds up to the total number of sales at the bottom. This number is then tied into the yearly pro forma. Sounds easy but putting it on paper is confusing for me. |
