Select a range of rows to delete
Click on the top of the column
Hold SHIFT while tapping first END then DOWN Arrow; Delete If it is a range: Click top left cell, hold SHIFT then End then RIGHT arrow; End again and DOWN arrow; Delete If the range has spaces all around it: click anywhere in the range; CTRL+A will select the Current Range; press Delete best wishes -- Bernard Liengme Microsoft Excel MVP http://people.stfx.ca/bliengme "Donna" <Donna @discussions.microsoft.com wrote in message ... In NameBox type A1:A15000 and Enter
