Default automatic insertion of row

If I insert one row to a block of data in one sheet, how can this be
automatically added to another sheet with the same block of data? Thanks

Group the worksheets prior to inserting the row by selecting the first
worksheet then hold down the Ctrl key while selecting other worksheets.

Hope this helps.
If it does, please click the Yes button.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.

You can try use the record function to manually record your movements as you
go through the steps to achieve your goal. This creates a macro of your
recorded actions, which you can then assign to a button or shape that you may
add to your worksheet. When the button is selected, the macro, which is a
record of your actions taken, runs as if the process is automatic.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for your reply. But only this block that I require the function of
automatically adding lines.

I list below an example:
in sheet 1:
A1 - input China, B1 - Beijing, C1 - assign a true/false value
A2- Japan, B2 - Tokyo, C2 - assign a true/false value
then I define block a1-b2 as NATION
in sheet 2:
in A1- I put the following formula: =IF(Sheet1!$C1,nation,""), then copy the
formula onwards to other cells
so if i switch c1 in sheet1 as false, the corresponding data in sheet2 would
disappear. but if i want to add a row between A and B as England, London in
sheet1, this does not show up in sheet2?
