Default Use RANDBETWEEN form & include certain #'s in the range

If I want a random series of numbers between 1 & 1000 ,for example, but I
only want the numbers 1, 9, 26,31,500, 15, 350, 405, 233,1000. whatever. How
do I create that formula?
