You can save one concatenation operation by moving the slash into one of the
format patterns, for example... =TEXT(A1,"DD-MMM-YYYY/")&TEXT(A2,"DD-MMM-YYYY") -- Rick (MVP - Excel) "Elton Law" wrote in message ...
