The best 3 of the first 4:
Select 3 cells - for example A4:C4 and array enter:
=LARGE(A2:D2,{1,2,3})

The worst 3 of the last 4:
Select 3 cells - for example A5:C5 and array enter:
=SMALL(E2:H2,{1,2,3})

Array-enter with CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER, not only with ENTER.
