Default histogram dynamic bin count

I have data that is filtered using the advanced filter and the subtotal
funtion( to get std dev, average, and count) the charts change based on the
filtered data. I would now like to make a histogram that changes as the
filter changes. This would be in quarter percent increments from -10 to 10
bin sizes. The subtotal function works but there is no criteria for the
count. Is there a way to change the bin count to reflect only visible data?
DCount looks like it would work but it is not available in the subtotal
options. Thank you for your help.
