Default Formulas

I am trying to do a time sheet i want it to add across so that X number of
regular hours goes to cell J4 and X number of overtime hours goes to cell k4
and so on i tried using the sum if but not sure if I am using right or if it
is the right formula.I want to be able to but in each cell like 4S 4R and it
add to proper column so if Monday was 8R Tuesday 4S and 4R then it would show
cell J4 as 12 and cell L4 as 4. Please help.
