Default Calculated Item

I have been working on a pivot table and am down to the final thing necessary
to finish it. I've been trying to add a calculated item, but I don't seem to
be able to figure out how to do it. Here is what the table looks like right
now.

Shift Init By Name Seq No Trucks Defects

First
Assy 1
Don Smith
P2217R0 1 1
P2218R0 1 4
P2220R0 1 1

Don Smith Total 3 6

I would like to add a column at the end that gives me the avg defects per
truck (3/6=.50). Currently, Shift, Init By, Name, and Seq # are in the rows.
The numbers are in Data. There are no columns. Does anyone have any ideas?
I tried adding a calculated field and it came out #DIV-0. But the
calculated item is greyed out when I'm in the data field and if I try it in
the row section, it says it can't do it with custom subtotals (which I don't
have that I know of). Please help!
