I have to search a row of dates and identify various ranges.

I created this formula - but it errors out:

=IF(AND(B2<DATE(2011,12,31),B2(2010,12,31)),"YES" ,"NO")

Suggestions?

Did you miss the second "DATE"?

=IF(AND(B2<DATE(2011,12,31),B2DATE(2010,12,31))," YES","NO")
