Default How to Merge Two Cells IF Another Cell Matches

I want to Merge "First Names" when the "Address" is the same in each row.
Such that I could end up with "Mary and Joe" in the First Name Field when the
Addresses matched.
Is there a simple way to do this?
Thanks!
Susanne
