Default List that brings up another List

I have a list created in a cell. I desire to have another second list
displayed in a different cell that will change with the selection made from
the first list.

Example

Cell A1 contains a list of "Vehicle Types" (truck, car, van, other)

I would like Cell A5 to bring up another list for the color options (red,
blue, green, etc.) The list in cell A5 will completely different dependant
upon what is selected in cell A1.
