Dropdown menu help

I have created 6 worksheets in one file or workbook. I have a start worksheet
that has a drop down menu with the names of all the worksheets and a question
asking you to choose one.
My question is when they choose one How do I get that worksheet to open?
All the worksheets are hidden and the whole thing is protected.
