Don't show all Pivot table subtotals
I have data that includes amounts and dates. When I put these items in a
pivot table, I want the amounts subtotaled but not the dates. My data is: Activity/Vendor/Contract amount/Contract begin date/contract end date There are multiple vendors under each activity. So I want to use a pivot table to summarize these activites. I want the amount for each vendor listed and included in subtotal. I want the begin and end date for each vendor shown but not subtotaled. Is there a way to show some subtotals but not others for the same row data? |
Don't show all Pivot table subtotals
Right-click within each column of data you don't want subtotals for, select
Field Settgins. select None under the sutotals section. "tlc" wrote: I have data that includes amounts and dates.
