Default Retrieving old file

Issue- using excel I deleted some information and before I realized it I did
a save. Is there a way to retrieve this info

No. Not from that file. Maybe you sent a copy to someone? Or parts of it?

Only if you have it backed up somewhere or have Norton UnErase or similar
application.

Did you ever email the workbook to someone?

You could retrieve from your Sent Items folder.
