I presume in column C you have formulas like =B3-A3?

Change this to =IF(B30,B3-A3,"NA")

In this example this process took 39 days for line 1 but line 2 wasn't
complete so no date has been inserted because redlines aren't complete this
causes a long incorrect date. Thanks so much again.
