Hi all,

Quick question. I have a pivot table that has fields in the page area of the
table. Some have the capability to have (all) show, some do not. How did
the person create the table to remove the (all) field? I need to build a new
report that is only one object at a time, not all.

Under the field settings, click on advanced. Depending on your data source,
you'll see the top option is to either retrieve external data for all page
field items, or quest as selection is made. If the latter is chosen, you can
not choose "all" for the page field.

I've not run across this before myself, only saw it in the help file article
"Display a different page in a PivotTable or PivotChart page field"
