Suppose a list of 4 to 5 pages.

I want to get automatic subtotal in the end row of every pages and grand
total in last row of last page. that means, the last row of 1st pages will be
carried the subtotal which will be brought forward automatically in the 1st
row in the 2nd pages., even if i insert a row in the 1st pages the subtotal
& grand total will be automatically changed and after taking printout carry
forward and brought forward will be found in every pages.
