In the previous version, once I got all of my data into the table the way I
wanted, there was a button on the pivot tool bar that I clicked that would give me a list of report formats. I cannot find anything similar in 07 so I'm having trouble formatting. I have tried all of the options and cannot figure out how to show that data the way I need to. Does anyone know if there is an alternative for the old "report" button? |

The old pivot table report styles aren't available in Excel 2007.
Select a cell in the pivot table, then on the Ribbon's Design tab, you can select a Report Layout and a PivotTable Style.
