Default formula help - avtive early

I need some help with this...

It seams that the cell K6:O6 (daily log) notices blank cells (and it gives
the blank cells a value before data is entered.
So I receive a "#Value!" error before they are all filled. I need to have it
work for each day.

In cell I 8 is this formula...
=AND(SUM(B6:C6)<=SUM(D6:E6),OR(K6:O6)<=I6*(J$5+1%) +I6)
( past entries ), OR(wk log)<=Avg Price
*-5%(default)+1%+ Avg Price

thanks for helping!
