Default Inserting curly brackets within a formula

Hi,
anyone know which key strokes are needed to insert curly brackets within a
formula:

EG:
=(AVERAGE(IF(($H$10:$H$89=0)*($N$10:$N$89={"W","SA ","SA+","ST"})*($AJ$10:$AJ$89-10),$AJ$10:$AJ$89)))

Thanks
RR1
