What is the best way to merge two sheets, deleting any dupicate row entries?

Default Merging sheets

--Copy paste the data from sheet2 to sheet1
--Assign headers to the data
--Select the data range including the header.
--From menu DataFilterAdvanced FilterCopy to another location
--In copy to I have selected J1 and check 'Unique records only'
--Click OK will give you the unique list
--If you have blank rows; the result set will have 1 blank row...
