Hi WR,
Format the page in landscape orientation in Word, then insert the worksheet into it (eg by selecting the desired range in Excel, then copying, switching to Word and using Edit|Paste Special and choosing the Excel format). -- Cheers macropod [Microsoft MVP - Word] "W.R" wrote in message ... Hi, in WORD you can change the page layout (portrait vs. landscape) for a selected range with "FilePage setup" and follow the further instructions. Have fun Michael |
