Default Display part of list dependant on Validation list selection

(I use Excel 2007) Not sure how to explain this properly. It is essentially a
data form in which users enter data into specific cells and more data is
dsiplayed as a result.

I have a list of products with various attributes and a Form for users to
select from various drop downs which will then display matches from the main
list. List headers a

Item, Grade, Description, Specialised, Price, Colour, Purchased

Users can select from up to 9 options (data validation for Colour and
another for Grade)

1st purchase - Colour and Grade
2nd Purchase - Colour and Grade
3rd Purchase - Colour and Grade
4th Purchase - Colour and Grade
and so on upto 9.

I only want the user to see all items of their selected Grades correspnding
Colours. So if they selected Colour "Yellow" and Grade "4" they would see all
Yellow items from Grades 1,2,3 and 4.

Do I need to use VB or macros here? I am not an experienced user.
Thanks in advance for any help!
