Default Linking workbooks in 2003

Hi,

I am trying to link 2 cells i 2 different workbooks. In version 2000 i used
to just enter the = sign and then click on the cell from the other workbook
and it used to get linked. why doesnt that happen in version 2003.

Is there some shortcut for this?

Nothing has changed in this respect. In 2003 it works the same as in
previous versions (in my copy, at least).
