Using the value of one cell to refer to another cell
I would like to use the value of one cell, to be able to refer to a cell
reference. For instance: the value of aa3 = 40 I would like to use that value as part of a cell reference: b((aa3+3) Naturally, Excel isn't letting me do that - but is there a way? Thanks. |

Try with INDIRECT()
=INDIRECT("B" & AA3+3) the above will refer cell B43 if AA3 is 40 If this post helps click Yes --------------- Jacob Skaria "Jim in Australia" wrote: I would like to use the value of one cell, to be able to refer to a cell reference.
