Hello,
I have the summery of the projects lined to the many workseehts in the server. How can we make it that any change in the workseets in the server will instantly effect in my summary. When I open it takes about 10 minutes in order to get it ready. If project manager makes a change, I have to close my worksheet then reopen it again in order to see the effect of the change. I appreciate for any help provided. Frank |

The other user(s) will need to save any changes they've made - don't have to
close their workbooks, but the changes have to be on the disk. Excel 2003: Edit -- Links -- [Update Values] button. Excel 2007: [Data] tab, either use "Refresh All" or click "Edit Links" and then use the [Update Values] button. You could record a macro while going through the process for ease of access to this process later. Hope this helps you.
