Default Running two formulas as one

Hello from Steved
This will save an extra lookup column G:G "converts Col C:C 0830 to 8:30:00
a.m."

{=INDEX('Duties Mon-Fri
'!$F$2:$F$60000,MATCH(TEXT(B2,"0000")&CHAR(1)&C2,' Duties Mon-Fri
'!$B$2:$B$60000&CHAR(1)&'Duties Mon-Fri '!$G$2:$G$60000,))}

TEXT('Duties Mon-Fri '!C2,"00\:00")*1
Thankyou.
