If you have entered the data as Excel times, not as text, then =B2-A2 will
be the difference in times (still in Excel time, so you can format it as [h]:mm:ss), and if C2 is your rate per day, =(B2-A2)*C2 is your answer. -- David Biddulph ad2ad79 wrote: Hi, I wana calculate the difference between two times and then the result should be multiply with specific number, which user defines manually.
