In Excel 2007 Is it possible to create a calculated field using the sum of an
numeric field divided by the sum of a text? My table has a list of products (text) which I have counted and the sum of the associated revenue (numeric). Currently I calculate an the average outside the table. However, when a new product is introduced the grand total formula is eliminated. When I added a calculated field the results are #DIV/0!. Thanks. |
