Default COUNTIF COMBINATION??

Hello,

Can you combine a countif and if statement?
Such as:
=Countif(AA4:AF4,"0") this yields an answer.
=IF(AF290,AF29, IF($F29=AH$3,($V29+$W29+$X29+$Y29)/6,0))

I would like only answers in the countif statement that are = to 6 to yield
a 0 and not perform the IF statement. But if the countif statement yields
less than a 6, to continue with the IF statement.

I hope that makes sense.

Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance.
