Excel should allow at least 2 vertical and horizontal splits.
I often would like to see data at the beginning, end, and middle of a
worksheet simultaneously (either vertically or horizontally). It would be nice if I could split the view at least twice allowing me to see three sections of my worksheet (in either or both directions) at once. It would also be nice to be able to split the view at least one additional time (either direction) when either the top row(s) and/or first column(s) are frozen. Hi,
As of 2007 this can't be done. However, you can choose the command Window, New Window and then tile these. You can have as many new windows as you want and each can have its own splits or freeze panes. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button.
