How to get 'top 10' text values from a range
Hi everyone, The problem I would like some help with is as follows: I have a range of cells that tracks the names of people who have done interviews and these cells span multiple columns and rows dependent on the type of interview and who they were interviewing. What I would like to do is from this range get a list of the top 10 interviewers who have done the most interviews - i.e. appear the most in that range. Is this at all possible? any ideas much appreciated, thanks, henry. -- henryhbruce |

The easiest way to do this is to add a column that totals the number of
interviews, then use AutoFormat and choose the Top 10 option from the dropdown.
