Automatically Increase Grade every School Year
I have a contact sheet for a youth group that includes their current grade
(e.g. 6th). Is there a way for Excel to manually increase this grade number every July, rather than having to update it myself? Thanks. |

Automatically Increase Grade every School Year
If the data is cardinal (6) not ordinal (6 th):
Type 1 in any unused cell Copy this cell Selected all the cell with data to be incremented; use Edit | Paste Special with Add specified Delete the 1 from the temporary position best wishes -- Bernard Liengme MVP Excel http://people.stfx.ca/bliengme "grade?" wrote in message ...
