You mean, set the individual choices in a drop-down list to different colors?
You don't want to ask that here in this forum; drop-down lists pertain to
VBA programming only, don't they? You should transfer this to the "Excel
Programming" forum.

You can't colour code the items in a data validation drop down list. You
could use conditional formatting to colour the cells or the font after
an item is selected.
