Default If function

The function formula I wrote appears to work correctly, but then when I copy
it down it stops working at a certain point and I can't figure it out. The
logic of the argument is correct. The formula is =if('n651 daily
trips'!$a$2:$a$20000<='by pay week'!$e$1,'n651 daily trips'!a2,0). The range
a2:a20000 is dates, e1 is a date also. It would be alot easier to see if I
could emai the file, can I?
