Default Selecting ALL names when using Insert/Names/Apply

Hello,

Is there any way to select all names in the name list with out having to
click on each name individually when using Insert/Names/Apply?? I wonder why
the CTRL and SHIFT options are not allowed?

Thanks in advance. Mike

Whay would you want to select all the names?

Perhaps there is something else can be done to achieve your goals.

I have 17 workbooks with up to 8 sheets each and over 500 names in each
workbook. But I need to replace(using APPLY) all the cell locations in all
the calculations. I just want to highlight each sheet and APPLY all.

Thanks. Mike

Sounds like a job for Jan Karel Pieterse's Name Manager Add-in

Free Download from Jan's site.
