Default how do i retrieve an excel spreadsheet i was working on

i have been working on a spreadsheet for the last 4 days and have been saving
entry's at regular intervals somehow i have lost all the data i have entered
and cant recover it. in the spreadsheet i was working on and cant get back
sheet 1 only sheet 2 and sheet 3 appear how do i retrieve sheet 1

Hi,
Check if Sheet1 is not hidden, right click in tab, unhide, if not and you
don't have a backup you will not able to recover sorry. whith the years I
learnt always to have a backup
