Default adding TIME through midnight calculates ok, but subtract doesn't

on a worksheet of timings, adding TIME through midnight calculates ok, but
subtracting time through midnight results in an error - any ideas on sorting
this?

Hi,

Use this general formula for tiimes spanning midnight and for thos that don't

=(B1-A1+(B1<A1))*24

If you are using =B1-A1, try =MOD(B1-A1,1)
