Hi,
I have inserted a cell below a list to count the sum and below that I have used a formula to get me the subtotal. When I use the filter it shows me the right result but unfortunately it also hides the row above it that shows the sum of all the products. In 2003 it worked fine and as a matter of fact, when I open that file it still works well even in 2007 only when I create a new workbook in 2007 I get this problem. Here a short example to show what I mean: Apple 10 Apple 5 Orange 2 Orange 8 Sum 25 Subtotal 15 (when filtering Apple) Sum and Subtotal should stay when filtering Apple. When filtering, Excel hides all the rows below Apple and above Subtotal. Does anyone know what I am missing? Kind regards Nicole |
