format that is representive to a delivery schedule. Each delivery needs to

original excel database

I'm not sure what you mean "a monthly calendar format". Is that a set of large boxes(7 columns x 5 weeks) with a month name on it?

Or can it be like;
Column A Column B Column C Column D ...
Row 1 Wednesday, Aug. 13 1997 thing 1 thing 2 thing 3
Row 2 Thursday, Aug. 14 1997 thing 1 thing 2 thing 3
Row 3 Friday, Aug. 13 1997 thing 1 thing 2 thing 3
....

I would recommend importing the data into MS Outlook Calendar or
Google Google.
They both support a Excel CSV type input. Search CSV Outlook/Google
Calendar import for more info.
From there you can print & use the available Outlook/Google Calendar
features.

If you want the calendar to be in native Excel format you can then use
a 3rd party tool called WinCalendar to render your Outlook or google
Calendar into a fully formatted Calendar in native Excel format.
