you can't change the A... B etc column headings normally go in row 1 and are formatted to stand out - you can however, hide the A...B and row numbers if you like tools / options / view - uncheck row & column headers -- Cheers JulieD check out www.hcts.net.au/tipsandtricks.htm ....well i'm working on it anyway "JJF" wrote in message ...
