Default In Excel 2003 how do you get a table to update based on lookup cr.

I have a table of data on a worksheet. I need to filter it based on the
users selection of applicable values (more than one) in column A. Then I
need to update a table in another worksheet based on this filtered data.

How do I achieve these steps.
