Data entry project - keeps changing & I am not as up to speed in Excel 2007

Select Data for Major Category - i.e. Appliances, Furniture

Sub Category -

Appliances would not have a Sub Category - Return value of N/A
Furniture has 3 Sub Categories - or N/A

Finally Item is linked to Major Category if Sub Category is N/A

BUt if Sub Category is not NA - data validation from list
