Default Formula Help

Here is the function I am using.
=IF(C3=0,NETWORKDAYS(A3,Holidays!A1,Holidays!A3:A3 0),NETWORKDAYS(A3,C3,Holidays!A3:A30))
I have two questions first is there a way when coping to new cells to
prevent excel from changing the reference numbers. It changes Holidays sheet
references but they dont need to change.
Second this formula is referring to =NOW() in Holidays!A1 but if there is
nothing entered in A3 it gives a long number so is there a way it insert
another IF so that it shows nothing, like =IF(A3=0),"",.

Default Formula Help

=IF(C3=0,NETWORKDAYS(A3,Holidays!A1,Holidays!A3:A 30),NETWORKDAYS(A3,C3,Holidays!A3:A30))

Try this:

=if(A3="","",NETWORKDAYS(A3,IF(C3=0,Holidays!$A$1, C3),Holidays!$A$3:$A$30))
