Advanced Filter
Is there a way to filter for more than two values?
Example: If column A's values are 1, 2, 3, 1, 4, 5, 6 I would like to filter for 2, 3, and 6? When a filter is put in place, the drop down allows for a custom filter, but only two of them? Any way for more? |

Advanced Filter
Insert four above your data
In row 1 enter the column heading you want to filter on in row 2-4 below that enter 2, 3 and 6 respectively... Select the range you want to filter on Choose Data-Filter-Advanced Filter and select the range you entered the values as the criteria range ... -- Pl click the YES button (if you see it - don''''''''t worry if you don''t), if this answer was helpful.
