Default Unable to create/use hyperlinks

Note: Excel '03 SP2

I created a workbook in which each person who accesses it can use the
hyperlinks to find the information they require. Until recently, no issues
have been noted with the worksheet. Now several users of this worksheet can
no longer use the links. The information still shows up as a hyperlink, but
clicking on it goes no where. Additionally, these users are unable to create
hyperlinks in any Excel worksheet they access. The hyperlink box appears,
but the "OK" button never populates. Note: The worksheet still works on my
computer with no issue.

Thank you.

It sounds like someone has broken the links, the only way would be to
rebuild them manually unfortunately!

does:

The "=HYPERLINK" command also does not work on the computers mentioned
previously. Again, it produces what looks like a hyperlink, but clicking on
it does nothing on those computers listed below.

The "=HYPERLINK" command does work on MY computer.

The links are not broken.

When this spreadsheet is open on my computer - the links work.
When the spreadsheet is opened on the other computers - the links do not work.

Thank you,
EMH
